Seeing if your loved one is a good fit for Southmayd Home – and making sure she is happy – involves 3 simple steps.

Personal Consultation

The process starts with a meeting between Southmayd Home, the prospective resident and her family unit to discuss her individual needs, and to assess whether she can be successful in the Southmayd Home setting.

Trial Living

There is a two-week period where your family and the Southmayd Home staff will transition your loved one comfortably into the new setting, and will further customize the living situation to everyone’s benefit.

Ongoing Evaluation

Southmayd Home professionals will communicate regularly with you and your loved one to make sure your collective needs are being met.
