• The Executive Director is on site and involved in daily happenings

• Every staff member interacts with residents every day

Southmayd is independent from Medicare

• Southmayd is focused on serving you, not ourselves

• Southmayd is independent to ensure the choices made are in your best interest only

Southmayd is a partner in your payments

• Helps house members by funding approximately half of their living costs

• Southmayd maintains affordable rates, even for those who receive no state assistance

• Subsidized funding is due in part to the legacies of many residents past and present, as well as generous community donors
